We have received information regarding an ADVERTISING / PRODUCT CLAIMS violations on this website.
Unfortunately, you may be unaware, this is a violation of Chapter 2 Product Claims and Chapter 3 Advertising (Before and After Photo) of our P&P.
Chapter 2 Product Claims Sec 2.1 General Limitation You may only make the specific Product related claims and representations published in the Company’s Business Support Materials, and Company literature, and that have been approved by the Company for use in Business Support Materials in the Authorized Country where you are making the claims.
Chapter 3 Advertising Section 2.4 Before and After Photographs Only pictures and videos that have been approved by the Company may be used to demonstrate product benefits.
As one of our valuable sales leaders and partners, we hope you will set a good example of Doing the Business Right and help make Nu Skin Southeast Asia a success.
Due to the serious nature of this violation, we request that they be removed immediately.
Failure to do so may result in a temporary sales order hold being placed on your account within the next 7 days.
